NOTE

1. A signed copy of the  Warranty Contract needs to be uploaded by the Reseller. This will be view-only for the user.

2. A  unique battery ID will be engraved on the battery and there will be a QR code sticker with a super strong adhesive that makes it impossible to remove without damaging it. A photo of this sticker/engraving to be taken on date of purchase and uploaded to the system. The warranty will be voided if there is any visible difference between the sticker/engraving on the battery when compared to the picture.

3. The View Products & Services button takes the user to a view-only page showing a record of all services/sales activities, the Warranty Contract and the pic of the battery on day of purchase. 

4. The Update Products & Services button is password protected and only accessible by the Reseller.
