Sunny Shell Emmarentia is proud to announce a community initiative that benefits pet owners as well as Let’s Work, the non-profit organisation that helps keep our suburbs clean and tidy.
This initiative is aimed specifically at our esteemed V+ REWARDS cardholders to acknowledge and reward their loyalty to Sunnyshell Emmarentia. As part of the registration process you will be asked to enter your V+ card membership number on the registration form - please ensure that you have your card handy.
Pet owners in the community who are not V+ REWARDS cardholders can qualify for the free pet tags by registering for the V+ card at Sunnyshell - it only takes 3 minutes and is also free of charge.
In terms of this initiative Sunnyshell will
give 100 pets/owners a paid-up, 12 month subscription to the
Taglinks pet tag service * ;donate its share of
future renewal income ** to Let's Work.

*How the taglinks qr-coded pet tags work
When a Finder scans the QR code on the pet tag of a lost animal, a Whatsapp CHAT opens automatically on their phone, connecting the Finder to the Owner of the lost pet on Whatsapp.

** How the taglinks subscriptions work
Taglinks is a subscription service on the web. Each pet has it's own web page, which enables contact with owners when the QR code is scanned.
Sunny Shell has paid the first year's subscription for everyone getting a free tag. Next year, subscribers will be asked if they wish to renew their subscription at R100 per annum for a further 12 months. They will either renew or their subscriptions will lapse and the service will no longer work for them.
These R100 renewal payments are shared with Sunny Shell in accordance with Taglinks' business model. Sunny Shell has decided to donate the 40% share of all renewal payments to Let's Work next year.

The Sunny Shell Pet Tag Initiative is a community initiative by Sunny Shell Emmarentia that seeks to address the problem of lost pets in the community by encouraging the use of the very effective Taglinks QR-coded pet tag product.
Sunny Shell has donated the revenue-share component of the Taglinks subscription model to Let's Work indefinitely, resulting in the creation of a recurring income stream for Let's Work that can be put to good use in the communities serviced by Let's Work.
